Refund policy
At Do by Done, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
- Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
